Refund & Cancellation Policy
Upon request, Clearstone Laser Hair Removal & Medical Spa will refund any unused services purchased through our website. If the purchase included a package, a pro-rata refund of unused services will be provided. Gift certificates and specials purchased from our website do not expire. Guest may need to show proof of purchase in order to receive a refund. Refunds can be processed up to 90 days after date of purchase.
Refunds are usually processed within one business and are processed in the same manner in which they were purchased.
